Welcome to Lisette. By accessing or using this website and its services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.
Lisette provides subscription-based software tools designed to assist users with onboarding and related digital business workflows.
Lisette operates on a recurring monthly subscription model.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your selected payment method through Stripe.
Your subscription will automatically renew and you will be billed each month on the same calendar day as your original purchase date, unless cancelled.
Lisette offers a 5-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase.
To request a refund within the 5-day window, you must email joel@lisette.one.
Refund requests submitted after 5 days from the initial purchase date are not eligible for refund.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing joel@lisette.one.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests should be submitted before your renewal date.
If a renewal charge has already been processed, the cancellation will apply to the following billing cycle. Charges already processed are non-refundable outside the 5-day refund window.
You agree to use Lisette only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Lisette does not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, or performance outcomes from using the service.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
User data may be stored and managed using Firebase infrastructure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lisette shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of the service.
Lisette reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
